About Ellen
I'm Ellen Goold, an East Bay Property Specialist with Legacy Real Estate and Associates, who in the past 9 years has helped over 100 clients buy or sell residential property. I work with Homeowners, Investors, First Time Homebuyers, Veteran's and Seniors in the Livermore Valley, Fremont, Castro Valley and Walnut Creek areas all of which I have lived or worked.
My background in international business development with a business degree from Texas A&M University has given me the ability to offer a personalized approach to my clients and the fortitude to do whatever it takes to get you what you are looking for. I pride myself in helping my clients understand the current real estate market and details of the home buying and selling process. My clients have told me they are better able to make informed and confident decisions both now and in the future after working with me, while my Toolkit helps them stay organized and leaves the heavy lifting to me.
I have sold over 80 properties, with a majority of my business from repeat business and referrals. I earned the 2020 and 2021 Leaders’ Circle Award and was voted an East Bay Times, Best in the East Bay Realtor in 2019. I am a five time recipient of the Bay East Association of Realtors Master Achievement Award
I am a true believer in serving the community and have been heavily involved in many philanthropic, educational and community based organizations over the years. honored by the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District with the Friend of Livermore Award. At present I serve as Board Secretary of SPARC/Livermore Shakespeare Festival and absolutely love being part of something that I feel is making a difference and bringing joy and education to others in the community. In my free time I enjoy cardio workouts, hiking, gardening and dancing. I guess being a Realtor keeps me on my toes, determined and ready to tackle just about anything!
