About Louiis
Mr. Louiis Kang with born in South Korea and moved to the Silicon Valley in 1995. He has been married to his wife, Jung Hyoun Shim, since 2010 and they have two young children. Louiis graduated from San Jose State University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and worked as the Sales Manager for a solar energy equipment company where he led operations for the U.S. and European divisions before diving into real estate with fellow business partner, Steve Ahn, in 2012. He has been in business for over 15 years.

Most of his clients are referred to him thanks to the positive referrals from past clients. Louiis is a member of the local Santa Clara Association of Realtors as well as the California and National associations. He is Soar Certified and is versed in Relocation and First Time Buyer benefit programs. He supports initiatives to preserve ocean cleanliness and is a scuba instructor in his free time. Monterey Bay is among his favorite locations to scuba dive. Louiis is very passionate about clear, concise communication.
